Welcome to Playbook Logix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or registering for a program on Playbook Logix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating profiles or registering for programs.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Conduct: You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users, coaches, or administrators.

3. Organization & Coach Roles

Organizations and Coaches using the platform are responsible for the management of their specific programs, rosters, and communications. Playbook Logix provides the tools for management but is not responsible for the internal decisions of any organization.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Program Fees: Program registration fees are set by the individual Organizations using the platform.
• Subscription Tiers: Organization owners may opt into paid subscription tiers (e.g., Coach, Club, Elite) to unlock premium platform features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated monthly or annual fees.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) to your payment method on file unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation & Downgrades: You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Processing: Payments made through the platform are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• Refunds (Registrations): Refund policies for player registrations are determined strictly by the specific Organization you are registering with. Please contact the Organization directly for refund requests.

5. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Playbook Logix. By uploading content, you grant Playbook Logix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Electronic Waivers

Any electronic waivers created, provided, or signed through Playbook Logix are independent of Playbook Logix. It is the sole responsibility of the organizations and users to consult with legal counsel regarding the legality, validity, and enforceability of any electronic waivers. Playbook Logix assumes no liability for the content, legality, or execution of any electronic waivers created or signed on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Playbook Logix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes, injuries, or financial losses arising from your participation in sports programs managed through our platform.

8. SMS & Text Messaging Programs

By opting into SMS/text messaging from Playbook Logix, you agree to receive automated notifications regarding team updates, schedule changes, and registration alerts.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to opt-in to SMS to use our services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your team's activity, but you can expect up to 4 messages per month.
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your communication preferences in your profile dashboard.
• Help: Reply HELP for more information or contact support.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
